I massage to suit your needs. Everyone comes needing something different and sometimes feeling different on different days.

I offer:

I like to begin by checking in through my Esoteric Healing practices; this involves me aligning with the universal source of healing or God if you like and ask that you be healed in accordance with you soul. I then check the chakric energy centres and balance then. I can go deeper into this Vibrational medicine practice or move on to the hands on work.

I have listened to your needs and asses what you have shared with me. I combine this information with the use my intuition to guide me to what to do next, from here the body work begins.

If you don’t relate to Chakra Balancing or Esoteric work  I am more than happy to simply massage with good intent and focus, working deeply on the Physical plane. I can only incorporate the Vibrational Healing aspect of my work with your permission.

The massage can be gentle, relaxing and soothing or I can go deeper into specific areas that need working on that you have nominated or that I have found to be of need. It is usually a combination of both.

In this process I like you to work with me by going deeper into your breath. I will also keep checking in to your energy centres and feeling what need working on in a vibrational way. I may also ask you to visualize the area in question.

I would like to point out that I do not believe in a “no pain no gain”. I believe that the muscle, bone, connective tissue, nerve will yield over time. We do go deep on many levels but not beyond what is needed.

Essentially this is an interactive experience, you can either completly relax or chose to become much more involved.
