Sensual Luxurious Body Scrub & Sauna for Women Only

The treatment goes for a minimum of 2 hours

It has 3 stages

Stage one : Time in the Sauna – the time that you are in there is up to you, but ideally you want to build up a bit of a sweat. This opens our pores, releasing toxins and retained fluid, and also speeding up your metabolism. When you are ready you either have a dip in the pool or a shower. The pool is the best and bravest option and, although it may sound too cold, it is in fact incredibly invigorating.

Stage 2: Back into the Sauna again for as long as it takes. Then on to the massage table for the luxurious body scrub. The Scrub is catered to your requirements which will have been discussed when you made the appointment.

The base is organic raw sugar, pure organic sea salt with a combination of oil and essential oils catered to your taste. There another combination of organic edible products for the face.

Stage 3 : A shower to wash off the salt, then back into the sauna for the last time. Then back onto the table for the Body Work of your choice which can include any of the services that I offer. ($12 extra for ear candling)

At the end you have time to rest and absorb the treatment. When you are ready, you get dressed and are served Organic herbal tea.
